Third Party Funding

Third Party Funding is an emerging finance model aimed at getting significant legal funding for clients’ disputes, based on a non-recourse financing model: the funder will only be reimbursed of its investment (legal fees and all other expenses) on any specific dispute if and when there are proceeds to recover.

This financing could open a world of opportunity to clients who might otherwise not have the funding to take their costly cases forward.

BCH Lawyers has an extensive range of international contacts in this funding industry that the clients can benefit from, and has also been able to secure funding for its clients in a number of cases.
