Hand-Out for Teams and Arbitrators of the Vis Moot 2018 !

For all those attending the 2018 edition of the Vis Moot competition (“mooties”, coaches and arbitrators), here’s a special hand-out: the third-party funding and conflicts of interest problem laid down in slides, using schemes with arrows and baloons.

This is a part of my presentation during the “Warsaw Winter Arbitration Lecture” on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration and Third-Party Funding (more info here).

Enjoy and feel free to disseminate among your contacts!
