Dispute Boards in Construction Projects: A Way Forward?

Dispute board is an alternative method of dispute resolution mainly used in construction projects, but that is also starting to be applied as an efficient ADR method in other industries.

In this article, I briefly explain its mechanisms, the types of dispute boards, enforceability of dispute board decisions as well as best practices for its use.
